This project deals with development AI Controller for Smart Reactive Power Management in Montenegro’s First Voltage-Balanced Active Distribution Network
This project is realized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering University of Montenegro as with support of Innovation Fund of Montenegro.
Proof of innovative concept
The project is realized as part of the proof of innovative concept program of the Innovation Fund of Montenegro. This program is designed to support early-stage research innovations by providing pre-commercial capital for the technical and commercial validation of innovative concepts, as well as to strengthen the capacities and capabilities of the private sector and research institutions in the fields of research, development, and innovation.

This research belongs to class technical and technological. Energy and sustainable environment are from the Strategy of Smart Specialization of Montenegro to which the project refers. Project main activities are: development of a concept and/or strategy for product development, demonstration of technical feasibility and/or commercialization (study or commercialization plan).

The electrical distribution network is crucial because it enables the safe and reliable transmission of electricity from producers to end users. Its quality functioning directly affects the stability of supply, economic development and the quality of life of the population.
